1. App & brand
StreamPH name, logo, and original app software are the property of StreamPH / its operators. Unauthorized copying of the App binary or brand assets is prohibited.
2. Third-party trademarks
Names and logos of other streaming brands, studios, or networks that may appear as catalog labels or provider hubs are trademarks of their respective owners. StreamPH is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those brands unless we expressly say so.
3. Metadata
Movie and TV artwork, titles, and synopses may be provided by third-party metadata services (including TMDB and similar). Those materials remain the property of their owners and are used under applicable API terms.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for complying with copyright and local laws when using any media features of the App. StreamPH does not claim ownership of third-party film or television content.

If you believe content or branding in the App infringes your rights, contact StreamPH Support via Messenger with details so we can review and respond.
