1. Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using StreamPH (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The service
StreamPH provides a mobile streaming interface, discovery tools, and optional Premium (VIP) features. Catalog information may be sourced from third-party metadata providers. Availability of titles, servers, and features may change without notice.
3. Accounts & profiles
You are responsible for activity on your device, including Kids profiles and any PIN you set. Do not share activation codes or Premium access in a way that violates these terms or applicable law.
4. Premium subscriptions
Paid plans are processed through our payment partners (including e-wallet / QR payment providers). Plan length, price, and device limits are shown in the App at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to bypass payment or ads fraudulently, reverse engineer unprotected parts of the service, harass support staff, or use the App for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for abuse or security risk.
6. Content & third parties
StreamPH may link to or embed third-party players, ads, or payment pages. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or players outside our control.
7. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, specific title availability, or error-free playback.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamPH and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this document will change when we revise it.
